Return Process

  Securely pack your unused paddle or gear in its original box, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
